Platform purpose
CIP provides retail intelligence, organization, verification, scoring, and notification tools. Information is offered for planning and research and is not a guarantee of price, inventory, availability, eligibility, or retailer action.
Independent service
CIP is independent from the retailers it analyzes unless a written partnership is specifically disclosed. Retailer names, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Accounts
Members are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity performed through their accounts. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the platform, users, evidence integrity, or legal compliance.
Acceptable use
Members may not submit false evidence, impersonate others, evade access controls, scrape protected areas, disrupt services, misuse retailer systems, publish personal data without authority, or use CIP to facilitate unlawful conduct.
Community and evidence submissions
Members retain ownership of submitted content but grant CIP permission to store, process, moderate, analyze, display, and use it for platform operation and intelligence. Submitters must have the right to provide the content and should remove unnecessary personal information.
No purchasing guarantee
Retail conditions change rapidly. Members remain responsible for confirming price, condition, quantity, policies, and availability directly with the retailer before travel or purchase.
Service availability
Features may be changed, paused, restricted, or discontinued. Beta and prelaunch functions may contain errors or incomplete data.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIP is not responsible for lost time, travel costs, missed savings, unavailable merchandise, retailer decisions, or indirect damages arising from reliance on platform information.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
